This white paper was a collaborative piece between the owners of Kraft & Jute, the graphic designer who laid it out, and me, who took a lead role in writing the content. This was gated content to generate leads through one of our partners.
In September 2014, we also wrote a new white paper on 5 Ways Great Packaging Can Turn Your Business Into a Big Success.

Using social media for marketing may be overwhelming for restaurant owners. So that's why I offered a 6-part series at FSRMagazine.com to address how the most popular networks could boost traffic and loyalty. I invited readers to learn more about: Facebook, YouTube, Foursquare, Twitter, Pinterest, and how to manage multiple social media accounts.

I had the opportunity to write a few articles for Bartender Magazine on behalf of East Coast Chair & Barstool.
During my time at EHCA, I was responsible for the quarterly newsletter called Home Happenings, sent to 3,500 households. This one followed an A-B-C theme to report on the agency's happenings, news, and events. I was also in charge of the internal newsletter distributed every other week to 400 employees, client family newsletter sent biannually to 80 households, the annual report, event invitations and program books, email newsletters, and all news releases.

Poly lumber is an alternative to real wood furniture
October 2013
Location (and timing) are key. East Coast Chair & Barstool is nestled among several Amish communities, which means the e-retailer has access to some of the best furniture makers in the world. Pair that with the fact that the world is going green, and it's a sweet recipe for a successful line of Amish-built, Eco-friendly, poly lumber furniture. Enter AdirondackChairs4Less.com, a site I was charged with bringing to fruition. From working with the developer on all of the design and layout, to writing all of the copy (for examples, the about page and this page detailing poly lumber) and product descriptions (see a sample), to setting up the shopping cart using the CMS software - this was an amazing project I was able to oversee. Promoting the site, registering it with SERPs, and jumpstarting its SEO were also major focuses for me before the store's grand opening. I also launched the site's new blog. (Read the articles I've written here.)
One of the biggest launches we had during my time at East Coast Chair & Barstool was the introduction of our poly lumber furniture. This article appeared in both the Florida and Georgia edition of Today's Restaurant.
